Hola!
It's been a while but I'm back! We have been so busy opening our brick & mortar shop over at Primas Bakery + Boutique that I've been obviously slacking here on the blog. Sorry!
Most Mempians know that if you go down Summer Ave. you will come across a plethora of Mexican restaurants. I have been eyeing La Herradura for a while and was able to take my dad when he was in town for a visit!
As you can see from the images our eyes were bigger than our stomachs but we had to try a few things, right? Everything was delicious! We ordered margaritas, chips & guacamole, choriqueso, chilaquiles verde, & carnitas.
Another cool thing about La Herradura is that it's also a market with several rooms & halls filled with Mexican clothing & decor. So, after we stuffed ourselves we walked through and looked at all the goods. It was fun and reminded me of shopping in San Antonio on a much smaller scale, of course. I really loved it and so happy that it is in Memphis!
I hope y'all enjoyed hearing about my visit to La Herradura! I've only been once so far but I will definitely be back!!
